Directions to Studio Estates,

Take I-35 South to Exit 220 (this is the Niederwald, Cabella's exit)

Turn Left

going over I-35 heading east (stay in the far right lane)

Go straight just a short distance to FM 2001

Turn Right

Go 4 1/2 miles until FM 157 or Goforth Road

(you should see a white church where you turn on Goforth Rd.)

Turn Right

Go down Goforth Rd. 1/2 mile until you see a stone building with a metal roof on the left side of the road. Studio Estates!
